Why do Computer and Internet Geeks Need Special Exercises to Stay In Shape?

We sit at our desk all day, at home or in an office, and we spend our spare (working) time on the internet. We hardly move more than our fingers. We neglect our body attitude completely. Our figure gets out of shape. Our back is under torture 18 hours a day. Our Muscles get flabby, legs get wobbly, beer belly grows, even without drinking beer. 

And these are only the visible results of our sedentary lifestyle. We drink too much coffee, eat the wrong things too unregularily. - In fact, we might think it is ok to eat less, 'cause we think that it prevents getting fat slowly. 

While using only brains, hands and eyes (where we see search for relief and prevention of damages in time, hopefully) we forget caring for our physical condition, our metabolism, and most physical needs. 

But taking care of the body is much easier than most people think. No need to spend much time (which we don't have) in a Gym - though going there and relating with new Real-Life persons could be a lot of fun, and learning by doing the exercises is advisable sometimes - we can do so much at home, without expensive home gym equipment even. We can start almost without any preparations right here at our computers.  Let's go!
